Following their recent appointment as the strategic asset manager on Highcross Shopping Centre, Ellandi have appointed Time Retail Partners alongside Lunson Mitchenall as leasing agents across the whole asset. Additionally, Time Retail have been appointed as sole professional advisors.
Highcross is a regional shopping centre which sits in the heart of Leicester, dominating the retail and leisure offer within the city and beyond.
Extending to 1.2m sq ft, the centre is anchored by John Lewis and has over 150 shops with key brands such as Zara, Apple, H&M, JD Sports and Next. The asset is supported by a strong leisure and F&B offer including Showcase De Luxe, Treetops Adventure Golf, Wagamama, Nandos, Yo! Sushi and Pizza Punks.
Leicester is the largest city in the East Midlands and is located 20 minutes from the M1 and only one hour by train from London.
The centre benefits from nearly 16m annual footfall.
