JEFF SINKEY

Jeff has more than 30 years of retail experience.  After starting his career at General Growth Properties, he joined The Limited as a director of real estate in 1987. There, he represented Victoria’s Secret, Limited, Express, Bath & Body Works, Lane Bryant and Abercrombie and Fitch.
In 1998, when Abercrombie & Fitch spun off from the Limited, Jeff became their V.P. of Real Estate.  He helped expand their brand from 18 stores to more than 400 stores by 2012.  Jeff created a strategic plan for the expansion of the Hollister brand, which grew to more than 500 stores in North America. He led the way for A&F to go international in several countries across Asia, Europe, and the U.K, including flagships of A&F in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore. Jeff was Vice President of Real Estate with Tilly’s from 2012 to 2015.  During that period Tilly’s grew from 160 stores to 224 stores.
Jeff has vast knowledge of all domestic malls, open air specialty centers throughout the US and Canada.  Local street districts throughout the United States in both major metropolitan areas and profitable smaller exclusive areas are also areas Jeff is familiar with.
Jeff lives in Columbus, OH with his wife and twin boys.
