Our Lease Advisory team was created with the arrival of Peter Wrigley from CBRE in 2020 and we are delighted that his former colleagues, Nick Gardner and Jon Lees, will also be joining us from CBRE very shortly. At a time of unprecedented market change this enables Time Retail Partners to expand the full advisory service that our clients increasingly require.
It is essential that leasing and lease advisory agents work seamlessly together with agreed goals. Our lease advisory team works in tandem with our leasing team to provide transactional rent review and lease renewal advice and overall occupier strategy for every asset and client. We constantly explore best options to maximise client income and asset performance.
