Time Retail Partners was appointed by Ellandi in summer 2021 as leasing and lease advisory agents on this 1.4m sq ft super-regional shopping centre. Lease Advisory is a key part of the fully aligned and co-ordinated project team tasked with de-risking the position with regard to the significant number of expiries and break options from 2021 through to 2024. While we pitched for a leasing appointment the owners recognised the benefit of our ‘one team’ approach with leasing and lease advisory experts working collaboratively as we target new incoming retailers and leisure occupiers whilst engaging existing occupiers with a targeted programme of lease renewals, regears, and relocations.
