The strategy requires repurposing some of the 1.3 million sq ft of retail accommodation into exciting family leisure & F&B to diversify reasons to visit and keep the centre at the cutting edge of shopping centre offers.
The asset already boasts a world class retail tenant line up which includes Apple, Zara, Canada Goose, Hugo Boss, JD, Next and Uniqlo which attracts an annual footfall of 40 million.
Time Retail Partners have been working with our joint agents and the owners to deliver the leasing strategy of the Halle Place development, successfully introducing a leisure anchor in the form of the first Electronic Playbox outside of London. This has helped facilitate numerous other casual dining offers in Halle Place including Pizza Luxe & Doner Shack and Archies and the remaining units are under offer to a mix of cutting edge small scale leisure and emerging best in class grab & go & casual dining.
Elsewhere in the asset we are working the masterplan and delivery of a large scale unique regional leisure anchor for the centre which provides the correct provision for one of the best catchment markets in the UK- Watch this space for further announcements!
