Implementing a new property strategy

In late 2020 TRP we were retained by Ted Baker to work with them on a new property strategy. Together we wanted to explore new markets for Ted where they didn’t already have store representation. We subsequently identified a list of locations either in close proximity to London, in a major regional centre or in an area of healthy internet penetration where there was no bricks & mortar presence.

The strategy was to trial these markets with a 12 month term on a low cost basis, and we successfully progressed with new stores in The Glades in Bromley, Highcross in Leicester and Princesshay in Exeter.
