“We are thrilled to have advised on the purchase and are excited to be appointed as leasing and professional advisors now to see through the business plan strategy. The Liberty has always performed well and retained robust tenant demand. Romford is well placed to witness population growth and increased footfall during weekdays cemented by the Elizabeth Line station. With this, the role of The Liberty will continue to evolve with the retail core being enhanced by improving the tenant mix and overall widening of uses within the asset. The Liberty will be further woven into the fabric of the Romford population.”
