ALICE DEADMAN
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Alice brings a diverse set of skills to the business with experience in both fashion retailing and real estate development.

She graduated from Oxford Brookes having studied a Retail & Business Management degree in 2011. To develop her skills in the retail sector, she undertook the Merchandising and Buying course at the Fashion Retail Academy. During this period, she worked for the Really Wild Clothing Company in their head office, where she assisted in direct sales and marketing.

In order to develop a commercial business approach, she joined a West End niche property law firm in 2012. Acting for the Berkeley Group, she managed St George’s Beaufort Park development (2,400 unit residential scheme) right through from reservation to completion.

Following this, she joined the Savills Central London Development marketing team, working for clients such as Helical Bar, Ballymore and Great Portland Estates.

In 2016, she subsequently enrolled for the MSc at Reading University to develop her knowledge of the real estate industry in order to pursue a long-term career as a Retail Surveyor.

Alice currently advises Landlords on a variety of prominent shopping centres in the UK. This includes Cribbs Causeway, Merry Hill, Princes Square in Glasgow and Queensgate in Peterborough. She advises on the leasing side for both retail and F&B, along with providing strategic and tenant mix advice. Alice has also had experience advising occupiers including Honey Birdette and Ole & Steen in their search for new London locations

In terms of clients, Alice has worked with Hammerson, Lendlease, M&G, Redevco and Landsec.

Outside work, Alice is a keen tennis and squash player. With a ski instructor qualification, she has done a varied amount of skiing with her highlight being a visit to Canada and Japan for the powder snow! Importantly, Alice enjoys shopping and seeking out new brands.
