Annabel joins Time Retail Partners as a motivated chartered surveyor following 7 years’ experience in the commercial property sector with specific focus on retail, leisure, and F&B.

Following the completion of a degree in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes in 2016 Annabel undertook and achieved her APC whilst working at a West End Surveying Company who specialised in Licensed Leisure and in particular F&B where she focused on disposals and acquisitions.

Following this, Annabel moved to a firm in The City and worked with a range of clients from international companies as well as public bodies, niche private investors and Housing Associations. Annabel was responsible for a number of key schemes across London a few of these included; Wembley Park for Quintain, International Quarter London and Elephant Park for Lendlease, The Stage Shoreditch for Cain Hoy and St Katherine Docks, Broadgate Quarter and Chiswick Park for Revantage.

Annabel currently advises landlords on a variety of prominent shopping centres across the UK with a focus on elevating the tenant mix in regard to retail, leisure and F&B whilst also focusing on driving the value of the asset. A few of her current clients include; M&G, Landsec, Global Mutual, Railpen and Ellaandi.

Away from work, Annabel is a keen tennis player and enjoys skiing. Notably, she enjoys spending time shopping and discovering new and emerging brands.
