Rob began his career at multi-disciplinary firm Brasier Freeth where he spent nearly 10 years in the retail agency team working with a mix of national occupiers and landlords.
He then moved to CBRE working in the Shopping Centre Development & Leasing team, providing leasing strategy advice to some of the country’s major landlords such as Landsec, Intu, Hermes, Legal & General and Schroders.
Prior to joining Time Retail, Rob held the position of Director at boutique agency AS Retail, where he utilised his close industry contacts to help grow the client base of the business and advised the likes of Arcadia, Mountain Warehouse, Starbucks, Muffin Break, RPMI Railpen, and Crest Nicholson.
At Time Retail Rob splits his time between providing strategic Retail, Leisure & F&B leasing advice to our shopping centre clients; having a pivotal role in the Retail Rep side of the business advising the likes of Ted Baker, Holland & Barrett, Russell & Bromley, Beauty Base and Padel Social Club; and providing occupational support to the investment team.
Outside of work Rob loves music and on the sport side of things is a newbie to snowboarding, but the reality is 99% of his spare time is consumed by ferrying his 2 young kids to their own various sporting activities!
