Acting on behalf of an overseas investor, Time Retail Partners have advised on the purchase of 29/29A High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon for a price of £1,270,000, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.43%.

The prominent Grade II listed property built approximately 400 years ago comprises a total of 4,234 sq ft arranged over ground and first floors. The property is let to Robert Dyas Holdings Ltd on a full repairing and insuring lease expiring in October 2019 at a passing rent of £100,000 per annum.  The second floor is sold off on a 999 year full repairing and insuring lease at a peppercorn rent.
