Victoria’s Secret will open its first store in France in the Cap 3000 shopping centre in Nice, owned by Altarea Cogedim.
The scheme is anchored by Galleries La Fayette and has a very impressive line-up of retail brands such as Zara, Apple, Sephora, Uniqlo, Coach, H&M, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger and Sandro. Time Retail Partners advised Altarea Cogedim on this deal and have a dedicated role to attract international retailers to Cap3000.
